iTrex translation agency guarantees to its clients confidentiality and protection of information which has been received in the process of rendering any kind of services. This guarantee covers any and all documents which we have received from the client, including those cases when the client sends us a document to find out the cost of the order. 

There is a section on confidentiality in every one of our agreements. Depending on the client’s wishes, we may amend or supplement the language referring to confidentiality in a particular agreement, draft a separate agreement or a special letter with respect to confidentiality on the letterhead of the agency of translation, or give a guarantee of protection of information in any other form, per the client’s demand.

In order to protect the confidentiality of the clients’ information:

• we have all of our staff sign confidentiality agreements;
  
• we include confidentiality provisions in all of our agreements with the translators who are working for us;
  
• we keep all the documents which we have received from the client in paper form or via facsimile in a vault; we keep all the electronic documents, including the electronic copies of the documents which we have received from the client in printed form, in a special section of the server in encrypted form. It is impossible to access the materials from the outside sources. Access to these materials by our inside staff is being strictly regulated;
  
• We return to the client all the materials which have been transferred to us in printed form for the purpose of translation when we submit the finished translation to the client. Per the client’s demand, we destroy all the materials that we have for a particular order.
