In our view, it is always possible to find the most convenient type of a working relationship. That is why we can offer you various types of agreements, as well as work with you without signing an agreement.

Agreements
At this time we are using the following types of agreements when working with our clients:

• Regular service agreement. This agreement is being signed by both parties. The work under this agreement is being accompanied by the presentment of invoices, statements of work and the formal acceptance of services documents. Under this agreement, the payment is being made in a form of a full or partial prepayment. (Read/Download)
  
• Subscription agreement. The terms of this agreement are similar to the terms of the regular service agreement. The difference between the two is that the subscription agreement is usually being signed for the term of 6 months or more. Under the subscription agreement, the invoices and the acceptance of services documents are only being done once a month, which significantly simplifies paperwork for both parties to the agreement. Under this agreement, the payment is being made once a month. There are no prepayments. If, when signing any of our agreements, you wish to somehow amend them, we would be happy to discuss any such amendments and find a compromise acceptable to both parties.
