Please try to submit your request for an oral translator in advance. There are not a lot of qualified oral translators (especially simultaneous interpreters), thus they are usually quite busy. Even if you do not know the details of your future event yet – please submit a preliminary order, and we will reserve an interpreter for you (deposit is not required in order to submit a preliminary order).

We always recommend that you supply our translators with auxiliary materials so that they can prepare for the job well. In contrast to written translation, during oral interpretation a translator has no opportunity to use a dictionary or seek someone’s advice. Even if the translator knows the specifics of your subject matter well, there still may be some details unknown to him having to do with the terminology and slang of your particular company. Such auxiliary materials could be your advertising and informational booklets, glossaries (if there are such), various documentation and website links. 

A qualified translator knows how to discreetly convey the emotional state of the speaker and to choose more appropriate tone and expressions, as well as how soften any sharp statements and correct any language defects. We provide excellent translators.:)

We can provide translators practically in any part of the world. Please take into account, however, that if you need a translator to accompany you, for example, on a business trip, you will have to provide for travel expenses, living expenses and meals (usually breakfast and dinner). However, more often than not, covering these additional expenses is economically advantageous to hiring a local translator abroad. From financial standpoint it is usually more beneficial when working in the majority of countries in Europe and America, because hiring translators there is much more expensive than in Russia and the states of the former Soviet Union. As to quality of translation, usually it is more beneficial in Asia (especially in China, India and other countries), because there are very few qualified translators there.
